Treebo Blu Orchid

Excellent cleanliness and good maintenance of the facility made it a very pleasant stay. As a bonus, there was ample parking for bikes inside the property and it’s very easily accessible from the metro station.

They refused to accept we had a booking being senior citizen after travelling for more than 8 hours were dog tired

Only the location seems comfortable and easy access to the metro.

This is my first time staying in a hotel in Bangalore, but I felt the room size and facility don't do justice to the price. Or I don't know whether it is similarly overpriced everywhere in Bangalore that it seems okay to the rest of all.

The windows in the could not be opened. I always prefer rooms with windows that can be opened, since I do never use AC when the weather is cool. AC during the cool season is a waste of resources and natural air is more pleasant,

The hotel is just about 300m from indiranagar metro station. The place is clean and comfortable. Silent neighborhood surrounded by lots of trees. The staff are cordial and helpful. Breakfast was simple but tasty.

Breakfast can be improved. Service for additional items like coffee or eggs was a bit slow

Terrible facilities, we had to shift hotels in the middle of our stay because they had to do some sudden reconstruction work. This was pre-planned, but we were not informed and asked to pack up and leave.

Fair stay. Room are fine. Breakfast is available.

Too much noise to room.

Staff were very helpful. The room was clean and they have daily room cleaning. They have on site gated parking, which is a luxury in indiranagar. Facilities in the room are good. The Free wifi provided is not enough to download large files very quickly, but is good enough to binge watch netflix/youtube.

New property, it was good, clean and neat, good location.

Stayed just for a night, moved from a pathetic accommodation to this, i don't have any complaints.

The bed was horrible. Can break the back of a person who sleeps on it. Bed sheets were all soiled. Toilet was all damaged and disgusting.

The room was smelling of chemicals The hotel kept on pestering for full advance payment and even before the due time, they cancelled the booking. I had to book again the same room at a higher price.

Weird smell in the lobby, mattress could be a little better but not a deal breaker.

Avoid this hotel at any cost. Detailed review below,1) We booked via booking.com, while booking, they mentioned below details(you can verify by visiting Booking.com) stating - 'No prepayment needed – pay at the property'. After booking, within a minute we got a seperate mail from the 'Treebo' team stating, I must pay 50% of the total cost else booking will be cancelled. Employees were the best part of the hotel! Always welcoming with a smile and open to help with any request. The photos and description of the room were also quite accurate. It was for sure a good value for money and location wise you could reach most shops and restaurants in Indiranagar in 10 minutes walking.

We had expected it to be a bit more clean because the carpet, the sofa and the table and chairs were quite dirty. Also the bed mattress on the one side was damaged and I couldn't really sleep comfortably there.
